PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless stated for overseas deliveries). Rae Begley dot com reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online purchases. For Afterpay option, please email us directly and we can process your purchase via Square. For direct debit and cash payments (Sydney), this is also possible. Please email rae@utopiavision.co to arrange payments that vary from the online options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we ship unframed printed works only. Due to higher costs and risk of damage of framed works, we cannot accept framed orders. Should you like to arrange your own courier or shipping for framed works, or for all international order questions please be in contact directly via email rae@utopiavision.co

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of framed items should you choose to arrange your own shipping.

PRODUCTION TIME FRAME

We are a custom made to order business. That means that when you buy an artwork, we make it. Everything is hand made locally in Australia working with our premium printers and framers. As noted in the item page, some of the works are hand printed as C-Type or Silver Gelatin prints from the original film negative. It takes up to 3 weeks to make framed artworks and up to 7 days to print unframed works, plus shipping timing as outlined in Shipping and Returns.

Everything is made in Australia and we love our suppliers who deliver high quality work.

PRINT EDITIONS

All works are editioned in small runs as specified. A limited edition print means it is only available in a limited quantity. Prints are signed and numbered for authenticity according to the edition numbers specified in the item outline.

Limited edition prints are available as specified on each item drop down menu in their available sizes as indicated depending on the work from Small-Extra Large. Smaller edition works are only available on selected works at the discretion of the artist.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Rae Begley dot com is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We recommend to arrange to frame your print as soon as possible after you receive it. For framed works we recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight. Each of our artworks has it’s own hanging method. The framing specification we work with is of a high quality production and the print archival to last many years, we also use a UV Art Glass which is more expensive but ensures you don’t have reflection on the print. We recommend using acid free tape if you are framing the print yourself to avoid yellowing the print and can refer trusted quality framers particularly if you are interstate.

RETURN & EXCHANGES (within Australia only)

Rae Begley dot com would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any questions, please contact us directly so we can discuss the work. We ensure all items are displayed correctly with images and descriptions, including the colours, size and dimensions. If you need further clarification, please contact us.

The works are made to order, hand printed locally and the majority of the works are shot on film, so colours and characteristics may vary depending on the calibration of your computer screen or phone. The nature of film results in grain texture that is intentional. Please choose your sizing carefully to fit the space you have intended. Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order. We have made that artwork as per your specification. FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Rae Begley dot com works are hand produced using the highest quality products. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement for you.Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
