Shipping within Australia
Prints and framed works will be dispatched after production timing

All shipping costs for larger works to be calculated following order confirmation
Estimated standard delivery 5-7 business days, up to 5-9 days for WA
Estimated express delivery 1-3 business days, up to 5-7 days for WA
Your order will be packed with care and packaging to protect the print and framing
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details
All shipments are shipped with ‘Authority to Leave’ and will be left in a safe place if no one is home.
If no safe place is found, your package will be taken to the closest Post Office or safe deposit location.

Returns
PRINTS AND FRAMED WORKS
Each photograph is printed and framed as a custom order for you in the size and frame of your choice. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us a photograph of the item to rae@utopiavision.co so that we can assess the fault. If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, or provide a refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect care are not considered to be faulty.
