A contribution of 20% of the sales of my smaller size limited edition works will be donated to Groundswell to fund climate action and support their important work with First Nations.
As we approach the Voice to Parliament referendum in Australia coming up in a few weeks, I recognise that Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Pacific Islander people have sustainably cared for Country for millenia, for 65,000 years and continue to do so today; they are the oldest continuing living culture in the world.
Listening to, connecting with, supporting and resourcing First Nations people to continue to care for and protect Country, to have a voice on matters that affect their lives is fundamental - and urgent for all of us, and for the Earth. I will be voting YES.
There can be no climate justice without First Nations justice.
